Spring Wines of Virginia Feast

Keswick 2010 VerdejoIt’s 89 degrees today, and white wines are beginning to sound pretty refreshing. Fortunately, Rick and I hooked up with bloggers from Virginia Wine Time and Cellar Blog last night to taste half a dozen (including one rosé) during the Spring Wines of Virginia online tasting event. We could be completely set for summer with that line-up, but alas, the world does not turn on wine alone. Here, then, is how I’d create the ultimate six-course feasting menu using the six featured wines. Read more reviews of the Spring Six at Virginia Wine Time, Cellar Blog, Drink What You Like, and Swirl, Sip, Snark.
